New products

We will expand our product range also this year in order to meet the requrements of our customers even better.

New Products since 2010:

-the alloy 1.4031Mo is now also in the thicknesses 0,076 - 0,102 - 0,152 - 0,250 and 0,40 mm on stock.

-the alloy 1.4404 is in the temper rolled condition from 0,01 to 0,50 mm thickness on stock.

-in the alloy 1.2003 we have now sheets in the size 600 x 1200 mm in the thicknesses 0,48 - 0,60 - 0,70 - 0,80 - 0,90 - 1,00 - 1,50 and 2,00 mm on stock, which are suitable for the production of lapping carriers.

In 2007 we introduce the following products:

• Thickness 1,30-1,40-1,60-1,70-1,90 mm in 1.4034 hardened in the size 360 x 1000 and 360 x 2000 mm. These sizes replace the sheets in 250 x 1000 mm in the alloy 1.4310 in all thicknesses between 1,10 and 3,00 mm.
• Thickness 0,203 - 0,305 - 0,508 and 0,800 mm in the alloy 1.4031Mo hardened in the width 275-300 mm

In 2006 we introduced :

• from 0,10 to 1,0 mm thickness in the alloy 1.4310 the widths 10,0 and 25,0 mm
• from 0,10 to 0,50 mm thickness in the alloy 1.4310, width of approx. 1000 mm. This width can only be shipped on a cardboard core for additional 25 Euro per core.
• Heat resisting stainless steels 1.4769 (for 0,05 and 0,11 mm) and 1.4828 (in 0,20 and 0,30 mm) in a width of 300 mm
• stainless steels 1.4404 in thickness from 0,05 to 0,40 mm (annealed condition, in several thickness also temper rolled condition). In thickness 0,50 mm we have only temper rolled condition on stock.

In 2003 we introduced the following products:

• many non-standard thickness between 0.10 and 0.30 mm in stainless steel AISI 301.
• hardened spring steel 1.1274 between 0.10 and 1.00 mm in widths up to 305 mm.
• hardened stainless knife steel 1.4034 (similar to AISI 420) in thicknesses between 1.00 and 3.00 mm.

We already stock special sizes for customers. Due to a limited quantity or a different size these products are available upon request only.
